Sintered Titanium and Titanium alloy filter elements are processed using irregular/spherical powder of pure titanium or titanium alloy, and can be formed by isostatic pressing, molding pressing, and extrusion.

 

Application fields

Separation and filtration in industries such as petrochemical, liquid medicine manufacturing, and medical devices. In 2005, the self-developed sintered microporous titanium foaming plate was applied to artificial oxygenators and ozone generators.

 

Product Types

1. Metal Powder Sintered Elements: Porous/microporous filter elements made of materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and copper.

2. Multi - layer Metal Wire Mesh Sintered Elements: 3 - layer, 5 - layer, 7 - layer and multi - layer composite mesh plates (maximum size 1000×1200mm).

3. Metal Fiber Sintered Elements: Sintered felt (maximum size 1000×1200mm)

4. Filtration Equipment: Design and manufacture of filters, filter presses, gas - liquid/gas - solid/liquid - solid separation, and gas distribution systems.

5. Titanium and Titanium Alloy Materials: Raw materials, standard parts, tubes, rods, plates, wires, flanges, etc.

6. Tungsten - Molybdenum Alloy Materials: Raw materials, plates, rods, tubes, wires, and molybdenum sintering boats.

Performance characteristics

· Porosity is 28%-50%, pore diameter is 4 - 160μm, filtration accuracy is 0.2 - 100μm, and the pore channels are interlaced.

· It can withstand high temperatures, resist rapid heating and cooling, and resist corrosion from acids, alkalis, etc. (Stainless steel filter elements are suitable for sulfur - containing gases).

· It has high strength and good toughness, is suitable for high - pressure environments, can be welded for loading and unloading, has a uniform pore shape distribution, and the filtration performance can recover by more than 90% after regeneration and cleaning.
